Singapore Airlines Leased Back Airbus A380. The Singapore state-owned airlines has decided to lease back an Airbus A380-800. The first delivery during A380's launch customer back in 2007.

Singaporean flag carrier has decided not to renew the A380 as the ten-year contract expires October 2017 next year. The news comes after Airbus revised more than half of its A380 delivery target, raising fears that it could fall back to make a loss of the aircraft.

A Singapore Airlines spokes person said: "Our first five A380 are on lease to 10 years, with options to extend the first expires in October 2017, and have decided not to extend. "For the other four, decisions will be taken later."

In other hand, Singapore Airlines still on waiting list for five Airbus A380-800s. Which will begin to be delivered in the second half of 2017.
